Who are we?
We are a fresh and new website with over 25 years of continuous experience in IT, networking and helpdesk support. The people who developed this website did it out of necessity, they had past experience with support systems that lacked many features that are available in REMEDiTECH. We are dedicated to providing you with the support needed to use our website and all its features that you can benefit from.

Our Equipment and Network
We currently buy server hosting from GoDaddy.com which we find extremely friendly and professional at the same time. At some point we may get our own datacenter hosting but at this point we are happy where we are. We investigated many hosting companies and found GoDaddy to fit our needs best, we then did a lot of benchmark and bandwidth testing and decided to sign a contract.

Our mission and dedication
We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service that is reliable and accessible 24/7, we do this by properly designing our software, testing for bugs and proper planning and deployment. You as a customer are our source of income, we expect nothing more than complete satisfaction.
